St. Petersburg and the RUSSOFT company will cooperate in the IT-industry development

Today at the St. Petersburg International Innovative Forum the Cooperation agreement between St. Petersburg and RUSSOFT, non-profit partnership of software developers, was signed by Alexander Beglov, the acting Governor of Saint Petersburg and Valentin Makarov, the president of RUSSOFT NP.
The acting mayor emphasized that the agreement is important for the Northern Capital. “Development of modern technologies concerns all spheres of municipal economy. The more implementations of advanced technologies, the less maintenance costs, and the more progressive areas we can develop” — Alexander Beglov noted.
The parties intend to cooperate in creating favorable conditions for the development of the IT-industry in St. Petersburg, in the implementation of joint projects for the introduction of Smart city technologies, in personnel training for the digital industry. RUSSOFT will also provide the city with consulting and expert support in promoting products and services the St. Petersburg IT-companies at the Russian and global markets.
