• Representative, Government of Moscow,

Implementation of infrastructure projects under the PPP scheme is a trend of the past few years. This affected primarily the sphere of transport and road construction. Implementation of PPP projects in the IT sector remained unaffected due to deficiencies in legislation and the inability to implement such projects. However, the adopted Law on PPPs in IT, it seemed, was supposed to open the way for everyone and "let" information technology into the cities thanks to the partnership of private and public money. However, this has not yet happened. What is the matter? We will understand the dialogue between the best lawyers of the country with representatives of regional authorities.
